Excellentum Human Capital Solutions is an executive search agency that works with the client to find the optimal solution for filling the human capital organisation. We do this by immersing ourselves in the client, the market, the corporate culture and the ambition of the organisation.

Marcel Heijnen
Specialisms within Excellentum: high-tech and manufacturing industry Management experience: THK Europe (leadership Benelux, European semiconductor projects), founder/CEO Valvex International (strategy, operations, M&A). Marcel Heijnen (MBA, technical background) has 25 years of experience in industrial automation, semiconductors and motion control. He combines entrepreneurship with international leadership experience and expertise in organisational development and M&A. From October 2025, Marcel will strengthen Excellentum Executive Search.
