Executive Search
For Excellentum, Executive Search means looking for the combination of experience, competences, talent but certainly also for the perfect fit with the client's culture and ambitions. This is absolutely customised, Excellentum is therefore not a bulk recruiting company.
Interim Management
There are situations that call for interim management: a need for thrust or solution power, an (unforeseen) reorganisation, replacement during illness or pregnancy. Sometimes this is plannable, usually not.
