Claudia knows what it means to be an entrepreneur from her own experience. As the owner of catering businesses, she managed teams of over 50 staff. Just over ten years ago, she set up her own recruitment agency, specialising in professionals in finance and IT. Thanks to her wide-ranging experience, she is able to engage effectively at executive and management level.

Claudia is an enterprising and committed sparring partner. She clearly identifies organisational issues and seeks solutions that suit the organisation and the people who work there. In doing so, she looks beyond simply filling a role. A good match must suit the organisation, the candidate’s ambitions and the future.

Claudia speaks and writes Dutch and English fluently. Her network spans the Netherlands and Spain.

Claudia in private:
An active bon vivant who loves travelling, sport and spending time with her family and her dog, Xavi. Singing is one of her passions, and she also enjoys cooking. Friends and acquaintances regularly pop round to share a bite to eat. So Claudia doesn’t just bring people together through her work, but also enjoys doing so at her own kitchen table.
