Operations/Recruitment Manager

Your challenge:
As Operations/Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team of Recruiters, Account Managers and back office support. You will play a crucial role in building relationships in the offshore (renewable) industry and contribute to the growth of our company through strong commercial and social skills.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Daily management and coaching of the team of Recruiters, Account Managers and back office staff.
- Commercial development: build and maintain strong customer relationships within the offshore (renewable) industry.
- Strategic planning: develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and identify new opportunities.
- Recruitment and selection: Coordinating the recruitment and selection process for staffing and secondment, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Process optimisation: Continuous improvement of internal processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting: Preparation of periodic reports and analyses related to team performance and commercial activities.
What is being asked?
- Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within the staffing and secondment industry, preferably in the offshore or renewable sector.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating a team.
- Commercial acumen: Strong commercial skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Social skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Education: A relevant education at least at higher vocational level.
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English, both oral and written.
- Flexibility: willingness to travel and work in a 24-7 industry.
