Back office service team leader

Location: Zoetermeer- Installation & Service Department

Are you an energetic organiser who maintains an overview, switches quickly and knows how to make teams grow? Do you get energy from optimising processes, managing a team and monitoring daily operations? Then the role of Team Leader Back Office Service at WashTec Benelux is just what you are looking for.

Your impact

In this key role, you will ensure that our Back Office Service & Installation runs smoothly on a daily basis. You are the point of contact for the team, monitor the quality of our service provision and make quick and well-considered operational decisions. In addition, you are the first back-up for our Service Planner and - in your absence - act as deputy Installation & Service Manager.

In short: you are the lynchpin between planning, service, operations and management.

What will you do?

  • You will lead the Back Office Service & Installation team.
  • You will monitor operational KPIs, including response times and fault follow-up.
  • You set daily priorities and ensure optimal handling of reports.
  • You are the full back-up of the Service Planner.
  • You will - upon proven suitability - take on the role of deputy Installation & Service Manager.

What do you bring?

  • HBO working and thinking level, e.g. towards Business Administration.
  • Experience as a Back Office Coordinator or Team Leader is a strong plus.
  • Experience with safety regulations (VCA) and/or a helpdesk or monitoring environment is a plus.
  • Your command of Dutch and English is excellent; German is an advantage.
  • You are proficient with MS Office.
  • You have strong communication skills, enjoy working together and take responsibility.
  • You are customer-oriented, eager to learn, independent, results-oriented and flexible.

Washtec offers an excellent package of employment conditions at , including an annual salary including holiday allowance up to a maximum of EUR 67,000, including holiday allowance, but excluding a bonus based on KPIs.
