Property team leader - North Holland region

About the organisation

The client is a modern organisation in real estate.
Within the Real Estate department, around 25 professionals work on projects in the fields of new construction, renovation, sustainability and area development. The culture is informal and committed - ambition, professionalism and job satisfaction go hand in hand.

The feature:

As Property Team Leader, you will lead a team of about 20 professionals, including property developers, project leaders and social consultants. Together, you realise construction and renovation projects that contribute directly to the quality of housing in North Holland.

You are an inspiring leader with a coaching style. You encourage ownership, cooperation and professional growth within the team. Together with the Real Estate Manager and the Development Managers, you give direction to the strategic and organisational development of the Real Estate department.

You will also work intensively with other departments and external partners to realise projects successfully - from concept phase to delivery.

Your duties and responsibilities

• Leading a multidisciplinary team within property realisation.
• Encourage professional and personal growth within the team.
• Ensure strong staffing and project organisation.
• Contribute to strategic workforce planning and organisational development.
• Collaborate with supply chain partners, suppliers and external stakeholders.
• Initiating innovation, sustainability and process improvement in real estate projects.

What do you bring?

• Bachelor's or WO degree in real estate, architecture or similar field.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in real estate, construction or property development.
• Experience in organisational development and change processes.
• Coaching leadership style: inspiring, connecting and results-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and an eye for quality and collaboration.
