Collection, processing and use of personal data

Excellentum Human Capital Solutions collects personal data only to the extent necessary for the execution of its assignments: finding candidates for vacancies. Personal data can be used by both potential and current candidates for a position and business relations at Excellentum Human Capital Solutions b.v. concern. Personal data that is processed includes, among other things, data from the CV, e-mails or letters, name and address data, date of birth, education, current and previous positions, salary data, assessments and interview reports made by consultants. Excellentum Search & Interim b.v. may use personal data at its disposal by sending them messages by post, telephone or e-mail or by contacting them personally:

• to inform and invite candidates to events,
• to inform candidates about current positions,
• to send candidates newsletters and/or press releases,
• to congratulate candidates on a new position,
• to consult candidates because of their specific knowledge,
• to maintain relationships with candidates,
• to keep business relations informed of news and developments. People can always unsubscribe from receiving messages or indicate that they do not wish to maintain further contact. Retention period of the personal data

When a candidate registers with Excellentum Human Capital Solutions b.v. this is the start of a generally long-term relationship. Candidates do not change jobs every year, which means that Personal Data must be available for a longer period of time.

Excellentum Human Capital Solutions b.v. handles Personal Data with care and stores this Personal Data properly and securely, until a request is made to delete the Personal Data or when Excellentum Human Capital Solutions b.v. decides to remove this Personal Data from the file. 

Security of personal data

Employees of Excellentum Human Capital Solutions b.v. take optimal care of the personal data under their management and have a duty of confidentiality regarding confidential information entrusted to him/her by the client or candidate.

Excellentum Human Capital Solutions b.v. uses technical and organizational security measures to protect the Personal Data we process as best as possible against infringement. Our security measures are continuously improved in accordance with technological (ICT) developments.

If a data leak (infringement) is discovered, the affected persons will be informed and the appropriate authorities will be reported.

Right of access

Right to modification or deletion

If a person's personal data is incorrect or changed, Excellentum Search & Interim b.v. correct these upon request. If a person indicates that he or she wishes to be deleted, Excellentum Human Capital Solutions b.v. from all files are done. Those involved will be informed of this.
