Role Summary

The Bank Director is fully accountable for the overall leadership, performance, and strategic direction of the Bank’s operations. This role combines commercial leadership with strong governance oversight, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and regulatory compliance. As the face of the Bank, the Director drives business development, strengthens stakeholder relationships, and ensures alignment with Group strategy.
