For a leading consulting firm, we are looking for a experienced maintenance and asset management consultant for the Belgian team. Are you a professional with at least five years of relevant work experience, preferably in reliability engineering or maintenance management? Do you have the skills to communicate your professional knowledge clearly and convincingly, and can you translate customer needs into the best solutions? Then you might be the new colleague!

An internationally operating consultancy with Dutch headquarters, specialising in Maintenance & Asset Management. The team, consisting of more than 40 consultants, works from various locations worldwide and assists leading companies in sectors such as oil & chemicals, food, life sciences, industry, energy, public transport, ports, roads and maritime sectors. The organisation is known for its proprietary methodology, which has already been successfully applied at more than 1,000 companies.

The role
As a Strategic Maintenance & Asset Management Consultant, you will help asset-intensive companies improve their maintenance processes and optimise their performance. Examples include:

• Benchmarking and strategy development
• Organisational and process optimisation
• Selection, implementation and optimisation of EAM systems
• Interim management and reliability engineering
• Predictive Maintenance 4.0
• KPI performance management
• Training and education
• ISO 55001 certification

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong vision for Maintenance & Asset Management. You have:

• A master's degree in engineering (or similar knowledge and experience)
• Flemish as mother tongue, combined with a good command of French and English
• Practical experience with various maintenance and asset management methodologies
• Strongly developed presentation skills
• Passion for management and maintenance and persuasiveness to get your ideas across
• Project management skills
• Good analytical skills
