As QA officer, you are also the first point of contact for the sales department and the customer regarding quality and product safety. As an expert, you answer questions from customers, sales and contribute to an unforgettable customer experience with SVZ. You are the 'voice of the customer' within SVZ.

Your duties will include:

- Tracking internal and external quality requirements
- Managing the quality manual
- Coordinating internal and external audits
- Making proposals to improve the quality system
- Managing product specifications and inspection plans
- Training and supporting SAP users
- Managing the SVZ QC methods
- Assessing customer specifications

What do you bring?
At least college education completed in food technology or similar and at least 5 years of experience within a similar position. You have a proactive attitude, have good communication skills and are used to working in an international setting. In addition, you preferably have experience with SAP.

What do you get in return?
At SVZ, we offer you a pleasant working environment, a hybrid form of working in a nice office to meet nice colleagues. And of course a good benefits package linked to your experience and knowledge, including a year-end bonus, 25 holidays and 9.5 ADV days.
