On behalf of Alamo, We are looking for a QHSE Manager who will take responsibility for developing and implementing quality, health, safety and environmental policies that meet industry legal requirements and standards.
What is your role?
As Health and Safety Manager at Alamo NL, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and enforcing health and safety policies within the organisation. You play a crucial role in ensuring a safe working environment and promoting a culture of well-being among all employees.
What will you do:
- You will develop, implement and maintain effective QHSE strategies and
-programmes to ensure the highest standards.
- You will ensure that all business activities comply with legal requirements and internal QHSE standards, and conduct regular audits and inspections.
- You will lead and train staff on QHSE and create a culture of continuous improvement and safety within the company.
- You advise management and maintain communication with various stakeholders.
What do you bring?
► Bachelor's degree in safety administration or equivalent;
► Extensive knowledge of laws and regulations on working conditions;
► You have at least 5 years' work experience in a similar position;
► You are a natural leader with excellent communication skills, and you are able to motivate and persuade others
► Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills;
► You have a professional-level command of Dutch and English;
