About the job
As Project Manager Installation and Service at WashTec Benelux BV, you will be the pivot in the preparation and coordination of our carwash projects throughout the Netherlands. From new construction and reconstruction to service projects: you will ensure that everything is organised down to the last detail, so that our customers can count on a perfectly functioning installation.
You work closely with our Service and Installation Manager and are the point of contact for colleagues, fitters and customers. You arrange the project planning, monitor costs, ensure the right materials and keep the lines of communication short. This way, you contribute to flawless delivery and a satisfied customer.
Your tasks
✅ Coordinating and preparing projects from A to Z
✅ Provide support on technical issues
✅ Create and monitor project schedules
Monitoring costs and handling additional and less work
✅ Preparation of technical drawings and bills of materials
✅ Ensuring correct safety and environmental documentation (VCA**)
What do you bring?
✔️ HBO Level Construction or other relevant direction
✔️ Experience as a work planner? That's a nice bonus!
✔️ You speak and write good Dutch and English (German is an advantage)
✔️ You enjoy working independently as well as in a team
✔️ You are customer-oriented, eager to learn and think in solutions
✔️ Knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD
