International Sales Manager

Are you ready for a challenging role in which you will take the national and international market position of the product Conver to the next level? As International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for devising and executing an ambitious sales and distribution strategy. You will build on the existing strong relationships with dealers and importers and take them to a new level. You will work at the Giessen and or Middelburg office and be willing to spend approximately 10% of your time abroad.

Who are you:

Your experience in B2B sales, especially of capital goods, combined with your passion for giving machine demonstrations and organising trade shows and events. Together with the Marketing department, you will ensure that the Conver brand is promoted in an appropriate and impactful way. At Conver, they are constantly working on innovation. The sustainable, 100% electric mowing boat is an excellent example of this. With your market insight and knowledge of the latest technologies, you can provide the engineering department with valuable ideas for product development, further strengthening their position as a leader in the market.

Skills:

• You have a completed technical education at HBO level;
• You have a passion for our industry and know the players in the market;
• You have several years of experience in an international sales role;
• You are solution- and customer-oriented;
• You are goal-oriented and driven to achieve targets;
• You have a command of Dutch and English or professional level;
