In this versatile role, you will strengthen the current Finance team and optimally support the ultimately responsible financial manager. The tasks are diverse. It is therefore important that you are interested in developing yourself in a broad sense and can easily switch between your tasks and responsibilities.

What will you do?

• You will be co-responsible for full Financial Control. This includes: Quarterly and annual closures Internal chargebacks Activities around project administration and invoicing Payroll.
• Setting up entirely new financial administrations independently, such as for our new German entity with everything that entails (VAT returns, payrolling, transfer pricing)
• Business control work. Examples include: Reporting and preparing forecasts in relation to service contracts Analysis/reporting of revenue targets and margin Planning & control of innovative R&D processes Supporting with making Business cases for projects and services.
• And very specifically: You want to understand numbers and bite down until you can explain developments. You have a strong financial background with excellent accounting knowledge. You are independent, analytical and enjoy working in a solution-oriented way.

What do you bring?

• At least a completed college degree in Finance or Accountancy,
• At least three years' work experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of, or interest in, tax issues such as transfer pricing
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• An excellent command of both Dutch and English, both verbal and written, German is a plus.
• Knowledge of ERP software AFAS-Profit is a plus.
