Your working area in the Netherlands

In the Netherlands, our organisation consists of three entities: AGORA MAKERS BV (Holding), ORANGE LIGHTING BV (part of the group since March 2025) and GHM ECLATEC BV. Together, these companies realise an annual turnover of EUR 10 million and work with 15 enthusiastic colleagues on high-quality lighting solutions for the Dutch market.

What will you do?

As Financial Controller, you are responsible for preparing, analysing and explaining financial reports of three entities including the Dutch Holding. You support the CFO in France in the monthly, quarterly and annual closures and provide reliable information that contributes to strategic decision-making.

You will also actively participate in process improvements within the financial organisation and have the opportunity to further develop your leadership skills by managing and supervising colleagues within the team.

You will have a wide and varied range of duties, including:

• Financial and management reporting.
• Controlling and FP&A
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Cash management, banking and treasury
• Preparation of board meetings and business reviews
• Coordination of tax, legal and insurance matters
• Managing and supervising 2 administrative colleagues

What do you bring?

• Completed WO education in Finance, Business Economics, Accountancy or similar.
• Minimum 5-7 years' experience as Controller or Head of Finance & Administration
• Experience within an international group is a big plus
• Excellent command of management controlling and solid knowledge of Dutch accounting
• Native Dutch, fluent English, French may be an advantage

• Communicatively strong, structured and precise
• Independent, enterprising and able to switch between detail level and helicopter view
• You feel at home in a matrix organisation and quickly find your way around complex structures
• Solution-oriented and process-optimising
