ORGANISATION:
Our client is going through a huge growth spurt. They started offering Sustainable Personnel and Organisation Solutions in 2003 and supported many clients with customised solutions and over the years, specialised Business Units have emerged. In particular, the Absenteeism and Occupational Health Business Unit is growing like a rocket. This unit is certified as a Health & Safety Service and, with an experienced and enthusiastic team of case managers absenteeism, company doctors, project directors and an extensive partner network, helps clients implement their own management model and reduce and de-medicalise absenteeism.

WHO ARE YOU?
A company physician with a sense of political context, you are environmentally aware and possess a high degree of organisational sensitivity. You are customer- and result-oriented, self-starting and solution-oriented, have a strong drive, take initiative and responsibility. You radiate energy, are flexible and know how to effectively investigate and analyse employees in a positive way.

WHO IS EXPECTED?
● Be available for a minimum of 24 hours
● Have completed training and registration as an occupational physician
● Possessing a driving licence B
● Have thorough knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation
● Have experience with various issues relating to prevention, vitality and sustainable employability
● Wanting to play an important role within a team
● Possess excellent communication skills

THE UPDATE:
You will work in a young, dynamic and diverse team, for clients from various industries, advising and supporting employees daily on absenteeism and employability issues. You work closely together in a team with absence directors, practice support staff and task delegates, each from their own area of knowledge and skills. Naturally, you do so from your expertise in the field of safety, health and well-being, serving as a sparring partner and providing broad input throughout the process. You independently conduct absence consultations at various locations and direct and analyse the entire issue of absence. You do this by investigating and determining a medical cause, while also engaging in discussions to analyse the underlying causes. In doing so, you include behaviour, the environment and the choices employees make in order to absent themselves in your investigation. For non-medical causes of absenteeism, you refer to your colleague from the team. Together, you work in line with existing laws and regulations, of course, but also with a view to finding an actual solution. You make the big picture and provide a clear analysis in complex cases. Your work is demand-driven, but you also give unsolicited advice, which contributes to solving the problem.
