For an ambitious and growing company in the business services sector, we are looking for an ultimate financial manager to contribute to strategy, governance and sustainable value development as a full board member.
The Finance Director has integral responsibility for finance, including strategy, control, reporting, cash management and internal control. The role plays a key role in further professionalisation, scaling up and guiding investment and acquisition processes.
The position requires a strategic sparring partner for management and shareholders, with proven experience in external financing structures, M&A processes and stakeholder management at board level.
Profile
- Academic working and thinking level
- Experience in an end-to-end financial position
- Track record in growth projects and complex change environments
- Experience with investors and/or external capital providers
- Strongly analytical, managerially sensitive and decisive
- Combines strategic insight with executive power
