Alison has carried out executive assignments on the African continent, particularly in her native South Africa. She placed C-Suite executives and filled technical and sales positions in technology companies. She also successfully picked up several interim projects, including a large-scale SAP implementation at a global mining company. Alison's ambition is to further develop her business in Sub-Saharan Africa. She puts a lot of time into networking and enjoys speaking at HR events.

Alison private:
Her passion is cooking and creating in the kitchen. She loves cooking for people, with the aim of bringing a diversity of people together and networking around the kitchen table. During lockdown, this became a unique project called Ally's Chilli Lane.
