Sales Manager International Transport Company
You’ll have a strong background of driving sales performance against budget. We expect you to have a deep understanding of identifying client’s key business questions. Besides that, you are an excellent negotiator with strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate to a wide audience. Furthermore, you are someone with a great passion for sales and a winning attitude to drive business forward.
On top of that you’ll also have:

Flexible, great work and business partner, with the capacity to share learnings and grow team and peers. Experience in managing the sales pipeline, forecasting and closing deals. Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business.
Educated to degree level, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 5 years proven success in sales in a business to business environment; preferable coming from an expedition company.
Experience in managing teams and inspiring young talented professionals.
Native speaker level in Dutch and excellent in English and German. Understanding of French is a nice to have.
