In this position you are responsible for the effective promotion of the KONI brand within the Road segment by developing and delivering a coordinated marketing and communications strategy for the brand.
You develop impactful marketing and communications plans and strategies aligned to the long term business, product line and/or market segment strategy that yield sustainable business impact.
You produce and implement strategic marketing plans to promote the KONI brand within the Road segment, in line with the KONI and MT strategy.
This will include:
• Working within agreed budgets ensuring that agreed financial procedures are followed and available resources are effectively utilized.
• Liaising with global sales teams to ensure that their marketing objectives are achieved.
• Evaluating the success of marketing campaigns and contribute to reports for the KONI LT.
• Managing contracts and relationships with external agencies.
• Developing and nurturing relationships with local stakeholders/users and media relations.
You plan and implement marketing campaigns to consumer and business audiences, stakeholders and opinion formers by
• Ensuring that KONI’s CRM database is kept up-to-date and that data is collected and handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
• Undertaking copywriting, image collation and proofing for print and online applications.
You will handle all aspects of KONI’s print production, managing design, proofing and distribution of all publications, leaflets, brochures and publicity material by ensuring that all printed materials are effective, produced to a high standard within budget and delivered on time to the appropriate target audience.
You liaise with external suppliers or designing in-house as appropriate any publications, leaflets, brochures, advertisements and publicity materials and additional with internal staff, external distributors and partners to collate information and ensure that all marketing materials contain appropriate information about KONI activities.
You manage the KONI website and all online marketing communications, by managing KONI’s Road email marketing communications, being responsible for planning and delivering effective digital campaigns to the appropriate target audience. You ensure the information on KONI’s website is regularly updated and managed.
You manage the KONI brand, ensuring consistent use across all communications as appropriate, by ensuring sponsors are credited as required by them and manage and develop brand style guidelines for internal and external use.
Finally you liaise with other organizations and partners who are able to undertake research on our behalf and develop joint initiatives to market and promote KONI.
To be qualified for the role you need Bachelor degree in Communications, Marketing experience in content generation and knowledge of f.e. Photoshop etc.
Furthermore fluent in English, both written and verbal.
