In deze rol draag je bij aan het verder professionaliseren van de Finance &amp; Control organisatie en fungeer je als strategische sparringpartner voor de directie.<\/p>\n<h1><strong>Wat ga je doen?<\/strong><\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>Opstellen, verbeteren en presenteren van periodieke financi\u00eble rapportages, forecasts en budgetten;<\/li>\n<li>Voorbereiden van de jaarrekening in samenwerking met de externe accountant;<\/li>\n<li>Opstellen van jaarlijkse businessplannen voor verschillende internationale entiteiten;<\/li>\n<li>Financi\u00eble co\u00f6rdinatie en rapportage richting internationale teams;<\/li>\n<li>Analyseren en monitoren van resultaten ten opzichte van budgetten, forecasts en doelstellingen;<\/li>\n<li>Fungeren als sparringpartner voor management en directie;<\/li>\n<li>Signaleren van risico\u2019s en kansen en actief bijdragen aan margeverbetering en verdere professionalisering.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1><strong>Wat breng jij mee?<\/strong><\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in Finance, Bedrijfskunde, Economie of vergelijkbaar;<\/li>\n<li>Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare controllingfunctie;<\/li>\n<li>Ervaring binnen een internationale technische, industri\u00eble of projectmatige omgeving;<\/li>\n<li>Sterke analytische vaardigheden en uitstekende kennis van Excel;<\/li>\n<li>Ervaring met ERP-systemen, bij voorkeur Microsoft Dynamics 365;<\/li>\n<li>Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels;<\/li>\n<li>Een proactieve, zelfstandige en resultaatgerichte werkhouding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1><strong>Wat kan je verwachten?<\/strong><\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>Een uitdagende rol binnen een groeiende organisatie;<\/li>\n<li>Werken in een internationale en professionele omgeving;<\/li>\n<li>Ruimte voor eigen initiatief en procesverbetering;<\/li>\n<li>Marktconform salaris en goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden;<\/li>\n<li>Mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Wat wordt er geboden?<\/h1>\n<p>De organisatie onderscheidt zich door een prettige en informele werksfeer waarin trots en passie centraal staan.
