As the face of the Bank, the Director drives business development, strengthens stakeholder relationships, and ensures alignment with Group strategy.<\/p>\n
– Define and execute country strategy
\n– Full P&L responsibility
\n– Lead and develop senior management team

\n– Ensure governance, risk & compliance
\n– Improve operational efficiency
\n– Represent the Bank externally
\n– Monitor market and economic trends<\/p>\n
