Job profile: All-round ICT Administrator

About the role:
For a rapidly growing company, we are looking for an enthusiastic young All-round ICT Administrator to join the IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the network infrastructure, solving network problems and contributing to the implementation of new network solutions. You will also provide IT support to customers and handle the installation and management of software on customer environments. You will also need to be able to provide IT support outside office hours through standby services.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience, develop your skills and grow within the network management field. You will work closely with experienced colleagues who will guide and support you in your professional development.
Core responsibilities:
You will have a very varied and dynamic job in the role of all-round IT administrator. In any case, you will be one of the system administrators, as well as dealing with all-round IT tasks. This is an in-house position in Alkmaar, and you will be joining a team of 4 people, all fulfilling different roles.
As one delivers their services globally, you will also work standby shifts and therefore be available outside office hours to resolve IT incidents that disrupt these services.
Your duties will be as follows:
50% of your time is spent doing system administration on the internal network. They have a server room on site and this server needs to be maintained. The client is ISO 27001 certified and for this you will be expected to help keep the network as secure as possible.
The other 50% of your time you will be involved in all-round IT tasks. Among other things, you provide support to the internal organisation and customers, you help with software testing, you support the installation of the product IMS at customers' premises, you participate inIt & Security team.

What do you bring?
- A completed MBO4 network administration course;
- Some work experience in ICT Network Management is a plus.
- On standby duty; living in the Alkmaar area (maximum travel time of half an hour);
- Good knowledge of the Dutch and English languages;
- Good communication skills verbally and in writing;
- Experience with office 365;
- An inquisitive personality;
- An accurate working method.
- A personality of integrity.
