Our relationship Pirtek Benelux BV is an international franchise organisation that works according to the same successful formula in all countries: on-site hydraulic hose replacement. With nearly 100 service technicians, the network of 22 franchisees primarily offers a mobile one-hour service for hydraulic hose replacement at any location in the Benelux. They offer this service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. In Europe, Pirtek has now become the market leader with more than 170 centres and 650 mobile service units.

who together with their franchisees continue to build on Pirtek's strong market position in the Benelux.

Job description

 As National Account Manager, you will be responsible for both new business and existing business, and you will be able to align Pirtek services with customers' requirements and needs. You know what is going on in the market and with your customers. This is a national position. You will report to the Managing Director and work closely with our franchise entrepreneurs.

The duties of the National Account Manager are as follows:

  • Generate new business and maintain and strengthen existing business accounts.
  • Prepare, develop and realise Key Account plans.
  • Increase sales and profitability within the customer group national accounts.
  • Maintain market and product knowledge and identify competitive information and market opportunities.
  • Being a sparring partner for franchisees.

Knowledge competences

  • HBO working and thinking level
  • Minimum 3 years of account management experience in a similar role, in a B2B environment, preferably in a multi-level organisation, e.g. franchise or dealer structure
  • Good command of the Dutch and English languages in word (and writing) (hard requirement)
  • Service-oriented sales experience

 Necessary competences

 Communicating in a professional, clear and customer-friendly manner (internally and externally), in order to minimise the risk of failure

  • Being transparent and able to cooperate in the field of tension: customer > franchisee > franchisor and being able to properly assess and weigh the different interests
  • Efficiently collaborate and exchange information with colleagues & franchisees
  • Being meticulous and thinking and working in structures, without becoming aloof or less empathetic in the process

 Commercially driven, customer- and result-oriented

  • Analytical, entrepreneurial and pragmatic
  • Steady / assertive and stress-resistant
  • Communicative and socially competent
  • Rock in the surf: strong personality

What is on offer:

An attractive basic salary of €4,200 to €6,000 gross per month with attractive performance-based bonuses.

Company car, laptop and phone, 25 holiday days and 13 ATV days, pension scheme in accordance with the collective labour agreement for large-scale metalworking.
