In deze sleutelrol ben je verantwoordelijk voor een betrouwbare financi\u00eble administratie, hoogwaardige managementinformatie en een solide interne beheersing. Je werkt nauw samen met management, directie en internationale collega&#8217;s en levert een actieve bijdrage aan de verdere professionalisering van de Finance &amp; Control-organisatie.<\/p>\n<p>Een mooie hands-on job voor iemand die een volgende stap wil zetten in een rol als Financial Controller en verder wil groeien!<\/p>\n<h2>Wat ga je doen?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Opstellen, analyseren en optimaliseren van periodieke financi\u00eble rapportages, forecasts en budgetten;<\/li>\n<li>Verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en tijdige maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluiting;<\/li>\n<li>Co\u00f6rdineren van de voorbereiding van de jaarrekening in samenwerking met de externe accountant;<\/li>\n<li>Bewaken van financi\u00eble prestaties en analyseren van afwijkingen ten opzichte van budgetten en forecasts;<\/li>\n<li>Waarborgen van compliance met wet- en regelgeving, accountingrichtlijnen en interne controles;<\/li>\n<li>Signaleren van financi\u00eble risico&#8217;s en initi\u00ebren van verbeterprojecten binnen Finance;<\/li>\n<li>Ondersteunen van internationale vestigingen bij financi\u00eble rapportages en consolidatie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Wat breng jij mee?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in Finance, Accountancy, Bedrijfseconomie of vergelijkbaar;<\/li>\n<li>Minimaal vijf jaar relevante ervaring als Financial Controller of vergelijkbare functie;<\/li>\n<li>Gedegen kennis van financial reporting, accounting en internal control;<\/li>\n<li>Sterke analytische vaardigheden en uitstekende kennis van Excel;<\/li>\n<li>Ervaring met ERP-systemen, bij voorkeur Microsoft Dynamics 365;<\/li>\n<li>Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels;<\/li>\n<li>Ervaring binnen een internationale technische, industri\u00eble of projectorganisatie;<\/li>\n<li>Een proactieve, nauwkeurige en zelfstandige werkhouding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Wat kun je verwachten?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Een uitdagende en verantwoordelijke functie binnen een internationale organisatie;<\/li>\n<li>Veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief, optimalisatie en persoonlijke ontwikkeling;<\/li>\n<li>Een informele en professionele werkomgeving met korte lijnen;<\/li>\n<li>Uitstekende primaire en secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden;<\/li>\n<li>Ruime opleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Arbeidsvoorwaarden<\/h2>\n<p>Naast een uitstekend salaris biedt de organisatie een aantrekkelijk pakket aan secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder een bonusregeling, eindejaarsuitkering, ruime verlofregeling, flexibele werktijden, een onkostenvergoeding, een bijdrage aan de zorgverzekering en diverse opleidingsmogelijkheden.<\/p>\n<h2>Interesse?<\/h2>\n<p>De werving en selectie voor deze vertrouwelijke positie wordt exclusief uitgevoerd door Excellentum.
