Je krijgt de ruimte om complexe vraagstukken te vertalen naar slimme, klantgerichte oplossingen. Als Accountmanager Industri\u00eble Automatisering ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opbouwen, beheren en uitbouwen van duurzame klantrelaties binnen jouw regio.<\/p>\n<p>Je schakelt dagelijks met engineers, productspecialisten, leveranciers en uiteraard met de klant zelf. Van het eerste contact tot offerte, van demonstratie tot inbedrijfstelling: jij bewaakt het volledige proces \u2013 met oog voor kwaliteit, resultaat \u00e9n langdurige samenwerking.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Taken &amp; verantwoordelijkheden<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vertalen van klantbehoeften en -aanvragen naar technische maatwerkoplossingen op het gebied van afsluiters en automatisering.<\/li>\n<li>Opstellen van op maat gemaakte offertes en begeleiden van het volledige offertetraject tot aan opdracht.<\/li>\n<li>Combineren van relatiebeheer met gerichte acquisitie van nieuwe opdrachtgevers binnen de Benelux.<\/li>\n<li>Signaleren van markttrends, commerci\u00eble kansen en relevante technische ontwikkelingen.<\/li>\n<li>Uitvoeren van marktanalyse, acquisitie en klantonderzoek in lijn met de strategische doelstellingen van de organisatie.<\/li>\n<li>Afstemmen met interne teams, zoals engineering en productontwikkeling, om klantgerichte oplossingen te realiseren.<\/li>\n<li>Opstellen van verkoop- en communicatieplannen in samenwerking met de Commercieel Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Bijdragen aan procesoptimalisatie en actief deelnemen aan intern overleg.<\/li>\n<li>Rapporteren aan de Commercieel Manager over voortgang, resultaten en marktinzichten.<\/li>\n<li>Flexibel inzetbaar: werkzaamheden vinden plaats vanuit kantoor, onderweg en thuis.<\/li>\n<li>Beschikbaarheid bij voorkeur: 40 uur per week.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Wie ben jij?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HBO werk- en denkniveau (bij voorkeur Werktuigbouwkunde, Mechatronica of Elektrotechniek)<\/li>\n<li>Commerci\u00eble ervaring binnen een technische B2B-omgeving<\/li>\n<li>Affiniteit met industri\u00eble automatisering, procestechniek of fluid control<\/li>\n<li>Klantgericht, initiatiefrijk en communicatief sterk<\/li>\n<li>Zelfstandig, gestructureerd en resultaat gedreven<\/li>\n<li>Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels (Duits is een pr\u00e9)<\/li>\n<li>Rijbewijs B en bereid om te reizen binnen de regio<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Wat biedt aim jou?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Een technisch uitdagende functie met commerci\u00eble vrijheid<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Werken in een stabiele, groeiende organisatie met korte lijnen<\/li>\n<li>Directe impact op industri\u00eble projecten in de Benelux<\/li>\n<li>Ruimte voor eigen initiatief en ondernemerschap<\/li>\n<li>Mogelijkheid tot hybride werken (kantoor, klant en thuis)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Arbeidsvoorwaarden:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Een salaris tot EUR 65.000,= afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring.
