NA also relieves the customer of all import tasks (documents, logistics etc.) and quality assurance (on-site audits, certification etc.).<br \/>\nCustomers are mostly high-end food producers who place high demands on quality, availability and service.<br \/>\nThe NA team operates from Breda and consists of 10-15 FTE: Back Office\/Logistics, QA\/QC, Finance and Sales.<br \/>\nEspecially after the acquisition by D\u00f6hler, NA\u2019s ambitions are challenging and focused on significant growth through the development of new markets and product\/market combinations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your tasks &amp; responsibilities include<\/strong><br \/>\nAs Sales Manager Europe you are managing, maintaining and building new and existing customer relations. You work closely together with the back office and quality department of Netra Agro and sales representatives of SVZ International and D\u00f6hler and report to the General Manager of Netra Agro.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities are<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Set up &amp; execute a yearly sales plan based on current customers &amp; new prospects.<br \/>\n\u2022 Establish new and manage existing customers to maximize sales growth in Europe. Meet or exceed sales revenue, pricing, margin, forecast targets, follow up on new offers and closing new deals.<br \/>\n\u2022 Set up &amp; keeping Customer Relationship Management up to date: customer\/prospect contact, visit reports, opportunities, competition and relevant information.<br \/>\n\u2022 Reporting &amp; analyses sales (leads) based on volumes &amp; pricing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What do you bring with you?<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Food technology, Commercial Economics<br \/>\n\u2022 &gt;10 years of experience in a sales position, in preferably the food industry (bakery, ready meals, ready-to-go, dairy, beverages)<br \/>\n\u2022 Absolute proven affinity with Food Ingredients\/Food Solutions, preferably in fruit industry (tropical\/IQF)<br \/>\n\u2022 Understanding the dynamics of a trading company<br \/>\n\u2022 Commercial drive and result oriented. Anticipating on market trends, solution oriented, \u2018out-of-the-box\u2019-thinker, pro-activeness<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (company language), Dutch (local language), French (one of the major markets) and German (growth market) are a plusses<br \/>\n\u2022 You are a real go-getter, positive, a team player based for action, catching the opportunities!<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is the offer?<\/strong><br \/>\nA challenging international working environment where you can broaden your horizon, gain enormous experience in the industrial processed food sector and utilize your commercial drive until the full extend.
